This Terms of Service (the "Terms") is a binding agreement between you and Coclaw regarding your access, download, registration, login, and use of the Coclaw App, website, related features, content, services, and technical capabilities. These Terms and the "Coclaw Privacy Policy" together constitute the foundational rules for your use of Coclaw services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, launching, registering, logging in, clicking "Agree," or continuing to use Coclaw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop accessing and using Coclaw.
You may register or log in to an account through methods supported by Coclaw, including email, verification codes, Apple, Google, or other third-party login methods. When using third-party services to log in, you authorize Coclaw to obtain necessary account information within the scope of that third party's rules and your authorization.
For Apple login, you may choose to share your real email address with us or use the "Hide My Email" forwarding service provided by Apple. You must ensure that the information provided during registration, login, and use is authentic, lawful, accurate, and that you have the right to use it.
You must possess the civil capacity appropriate for using Coclaw services. If you are a minor or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, please use Coclaw with the consent and guidance of your parents or other guardians.
You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account, password, verification codes, login credentials, and the security of your device. Operations performed through your account are considered your own actions, except where Coclaw can confirm that the operation was not performed by you or was not caused by you. If you discover any unauthorized use, abnormal login, or security risks regarding your account, please contact us immediately.
Coclaw provides users with content generation, understanding, recording, translation, organization, and creative assistance services through technologies such as artificial intelligence models, speech recognition, voice-to-text, image recognition, translation, generative AI, file processing, and cloud storage.
Coclaw's features include, but are not limited to, AI chat, AI writing, AI image generation, AI video generation, AI real-time calls, AI real-time recording, meeting minutes, class notes, simultaneous interpretation, face-to-face translation, voice input, photo or album uploads, file uploads, content summarization, content retrieval, and work management. Certain features will access the microphone, speech recognition, camera, photos, or iOS screen sharing capability only after you provide active authorization.
The intellectual property rights of Coclaw and its related software, interface, interactions, trademarks, logos, icons, text, images, audio/video, technology, algorithms, model integrations, databases, page designs, and other components are owned by Coclaw or relevant rights holders. Without written permission from Coclaw or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, license, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise improperly use them.
"User Content" refers to text, prompts, images, videos, audio, documents, screen content, chat history, translation content, personal work, and other materials that you input, upload, submit, record, share, or save while using Coclaw. You must ensure that you hold legal rights to such User Content.
Coclaw may generate text, images, videos, summaries, translations, transcripts, meeting minutes, class notes, search results, or other outputs based on your input or uploaded content. Except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations, limited by third-party rights, or agreed upon in specific service rules, you may use the content generated through Coclaw in accordance with these Terms and the functional rules displayed by Coclaw.
You agree not to use Coclaw to engage in any behavior that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, hateful, violent, pornographic, gambling-related, harmful to minors, invasive of privacy, or disruptive to public order. You shall not upload, generate, distribute, or save any content that:
If you violate the above standards, Coclaw reserves the right to take measures including issuing warnings, restricting features, deleting content, suspending services, banning accounts, terminating accounts, or cooperating with authorities as required by law.
Certain features of Coclaw may require memberships, subscriptions, credits, usage counts, quotas, or other paid benefits. Specific pricing, benefits, validity periods, renewals, refunds, subscription cancellations, and usage restrictions are subject to the information displayed within the Coclaw App, on payment pages, or in the app store.
If you purchase services through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party payment channels, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be subject to the rules of those respective third-party platforms.
Coclaw may adjust certain features, rules, pricing, benefits, model capabilities, or the scope of services due to product iteration, technical upgrades, compliance requirements, operational adjustments, or changes in third-party services. Updated service rules will be announced via the App, website, pop-up notifications, or other reasonable methods.

Coclaw makes reasonable efforts to ensure the stability, security, and availability of its services, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or meet your specific requirements. Coclaw shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, device malfunctions, third-party service anomalies, policy changes, hacker attacks, system maintenance, user error, or other causes beyond Coclaw's reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
AI output and automated processing results are generated by complex algorithms and models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, untimely, or unsuitable for specific purposes. Coclaw does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or legality of generated content. Content provided by Coclaw does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, psychological, educational, or other professional advice. Please consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coclaw shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or other incidental damages. You are solely responsible for the consequences resulting from your reliance on, distribution, modification, or use of AI outputs, transcripts, translations, summaries, meeting minutes, class notes, or other automated processing results.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the "Coclaw Privacy Policy" constitute the entire agreement between you and Coclaw regarding the use of the services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Updates to Terms: Coclaw may update these Terms based on laws, regulations, product features, or operational needs. Updated Terms will be announced via the App, website, pop-up notifications, or other reasonable methods. By continuing to use Coclaw after the Terms are updated, you agree to the updated Terms.
Account Cancellation: You may apply to log out or cancel your account according to the functions provided by Coclaw. After account cancellation, related data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, the Privacy Policy, and product functional rules.
